Nemacolin Woodlands Resort
"Nemacolin" is a four-start destination in Southwest Pennsylvania. It's not cheap, but it is a wonderful, full-service hotel/resort. High season is spring and fall, but it is a GREAT getaway.
The best part, of course, is that the hotel sports a nearly 4,000 foot runway which literally runs right by the front door of the facility.

Call ahead, land your plane and somebody will be there to grab you and your bags. You will need no car.
There are multiple restaurants on the grounds and one is better than the other.
